WECSS successfully conducted a PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) refresher training yesterday at Aron International Hotel for 15 staff members and volunteers based in Juba.
The training focused on strengthening participants’ understanding of safeguarding principles, confidential reporting mechanisms, and survivor-centered approaches. It also emphasized WECSS’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of organizational ethics, accountability, and safe programming.
This refresher session is part of WECSS’s ongoing efforts to ensure a zero-tolerance approach to sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment across all its operations.
